A large percentage of these luxury brands and handbags are crafted by Chinese Artisans. The same leather, same stitching, same quality and the same craftsmanship. Just without the logo.

If you are in supply chain and understand country of origin regulations you would know that all a product needs to have to be labeled "MADE IN XYZ Country" is to have 40% of that product procured in that specific country. Say for example a LV bag!!! the textile material mill might be in Europe and they make a certain type of material that everyone in the world buys from regardless of country. LV knows this and has a manufacturing company in China directly purchase the material and manufacture it in China. Once done, China sends it back to France for the final inspection and the LV logos get stitched on. This saves the company tons of revenue, all while making a huge gross margin by overly inflating the prices.

Did you know that all designer/name brand handbags, shoes and clothes go through a quality inspection check and if there is even a slight imperfection or if the stitching is off, it just means they’re not qualified to be sold in stores, so they sell them to vendors and the vendors then sell them to us. THAT'S RIGHT !!!! It gets thrown inside a container and labeled a "replica". Then other companies will mass buy the replicas and sell them to consumers for a fraction of the cost. Most knockoffs only have minor differences. You're only paying for the logo and for the glitzy marketing campaigns and the fancy stores.
